Professor Sunil Contractor founded NP Source after gaining 14 years of experience in Telecommunication R&D and Product Management, followed by 14 years in Marketing Academia. During his industry tenure, Professor Contractor observed significant inefficiencies. His subsequent PhD in Marketing and teaching experience revealed how applying structured processes could minimize these issues, leading to more effective, practical solutions.
